Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities through social listening. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns. Conduct proofreading of all content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines. Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. Build and maintain relationships with influencers and online communities to enhance brand visibility. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices in e-commerce, and digital marketing innovations. Skills Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for creating visually appealing graphics. Strong relationship management skills to foster connections with customers and partners. Experience in digital marketing with a focus on content creation that resonates with target audiences. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and their integration into social media strategies. Ability to stigmatise negative feedback constructively while promoting positive interactions online. Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail in written communication. Knowledge of social listening techniques to gauge audience sentiment effectively. A passion for staying current with social media trends and emerging technologies.
