About the Role: You'll be managing 6-8 active brands monthly, orchestrating partnerships with a total of 140-200 influencers across multiple social media platforms to create compelling, performance-driven content that delivers exceptional results. What You'll Do: Lead end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns for multiple large DTC and retail brands Identify and secure partnerships with relevant influencers across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms Develop innovative creative briefs and campaign strategies that align with client objectives Manage influencer relationships, negotiations, and content approval processes Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution Track campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights Organize and execute events to strengthen relationships with current influencers and attract new talent Stay ahead of platform trends and industry best practices Preferred Experience & Technical Skills: 3-5 years of proven experience managing influencer marketing campaigns, specifically in performance marketing or DTC brands Demonstrated success in: Managing campaigns with budgets of $50K monthly Achieving specific ROI targets Growing brand engagement rates by at least 25% Successfully managing 100 influencer relationships simultaneously Expert-level knowledge of: TikTok Creator Marketplace -preferred, not required Instagram Creator Studio -preferred, not required YouTube BrandConnect - preferred, not required Creator outreach platforms (e.g., Grin, CreatorIQ, Upfluence) - preferred, not required Analytics tools (e.g., Dash Hudson, Later, Sprout Social) - preferred, not required Campaign tracking tools (e.g., Linkin.bio, bit.ly) - preferred, not required Experience with: UGC content creation and direction Influencer contract negotiation Content rights management FTC compliance guidelines Proven track record of: Scaling influencer programs from micro to macro levels Successfully managing multiple brand voices simultaneously Creating viral social media campaigns Crisis management and problem-solving Portfolio Requirements: Case studies of at least 3 successful influencer campaigns showing: Initial strategy and goals Budget management Influencer selection criteria Content guidelines and creative direction Performance metrics and ROI Problem-solving examples Examples of: Creative briefs you've developed Campaign performance reports Influencer communication strategies Characteristics: Passionate and Curious: Show genuine enthusiasm for social media and influencer marketing with a constant desire to learn Team Player: Thrive in collaborative environments and contribute to team success Self-Starter: Drive projects forward independently with initiative Adaptable: Pivot quickly and embrace the dynamic nature of our work in a fast-paced setting Independent Initiator: Ability to take ownership of projects from inception to fruition Social Media Proficiency: Deep understanding of social media and digital marketing trends to create impactful campaigns Problem Solver: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively Strategic Thinker: Capable of developing and executing complex, multi-phase campaigns Additional Requirements: Availability for occasional evening work during campaign launches or influencer events Comfort with tight deadlines and quick turnarounds Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent campaigns Experience presenting to and working directly with marketing executives Join Our Team: To apply, please submit: Your resume Detailed portfolio with campaign case studies (not required, but preferred) A brief strategy outline for scaling an influencer program from 50 to 200 creators (not required, but preferred) References from both brands and influencers you've worked with (not required, but preferred) High Scale is an Equal Opportunity Employer: We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
