Wellness Social Media Manager Must come from a wellness or beauty background to be considered. MUST BE IN LA- 4 days onsite FT HIRE- up to 110k Job Overview: Wellness Company is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across all platforms. This role focuses on developing and executing social media strategies, managing content creation, and ensuring brand consistency. You will serve as the voice of the brand across multiple platforms, creating meaningful interactions with guests, partners, and influencers. Discretion and professionalism is key, as you will manage the national Instagram account for over 70 franchise locations. The ideal candidate has a strong aesthetic sense, a passion for wellness, and a deep understanding of social media trends. This position is onsite, located in Beverly Hills, CA. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement innovative strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Content Creation: Conceptualize and schedule daily posts for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Manage all aspects of content creation, including photography, videography, video editing, and graphic design. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends and oversee the production, editing, and posting of Instagram and TikTok content. Franchise Support: Ensure franchise locations maintain consistent social media marketing standards and comply with The brand guidelines. Travel to franchise locations to capture boutique team content. Brand Standards: Maintain and enforce the brand voice, tone, and aesthetic across all social platforms to ensure a cohesive and compelling brand experience. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing monthly reports and insights for optimization. Collaboration: Directly manage the PR & Community Coordinator overseeing daily tasks. Collaborate with the marketing, creative, and franchise teams to align social media strategies with broader business objectives and campaigns. Qualifications: 3 years of experience in social media management and content creation. Strong portfolio showcasing photography, videography, and design skills. Proficiency with platforms and tools (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Later, Capcut, Asana, etc.). Ability to stay ahead of social media trends. Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics. Prior management experience required. Passion for wellness and self-care. Familiarity with maintaining brand standards across franchises.
