ABOUT THE POSITION Summary Jimerson Birr, a Florida-based business law firm is seeking a Marketing and Branding Coordinator with a passion for marketing, social media, digital content creation and special projects. The Marketing and Branding Coordinator will assist the marketing team in creating and executing social media campaigns, developing marketing and branding content, strategic projects and events coordination, and analyzing data, trends and making recommendations to enhance brand positioning. Your responsibilities will include digital content creation and execution, social media management, and project support. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and project management abilities. Knowledge & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field highly preferred. 3 years of digital marketing experience, including social media management, graphic design, internal communications, photography/video, writing for media, and email marketing. Must have experience in a law firm or a legal marketing agency. 3 years web analytics and SEO and experience with analytics and marketing automation tools. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (expert in Photoshop), Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, Canva, and familiarity with CRM/ERM and project management software tools. 1 years experience in events management, coordination, and logistics. Proficiency in Social Media Platforms- Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and X. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail. Creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines. A passion for marketing, social media, and digital content creation.
