Job Description:Our client is seeking a Communications Advisor for their internal project implementing a corporate-wide initiative to transform their end-to-end processes, systems and data. It is a multi-year project with over 3k full and part-time team members and its business partners. The Central Communications team (Comms team) is part of the Change Management. The Comms team actively supports the communication needs of leadership and the Project Management Office (PMO). The Comms team also provides consulting to the process tracks and functions affected by the project.

Activities:Develop, execute and/or distribute project related messaging and materials, including emails, presentations, articles, FAQs, etcEnsure the use of clear and engaging messaging, appropriate timing, and proper utilization of templatesAssess and track performance of communication channels; test different approaches to increase engagement and proactively offer improvement recommendationsAssist Comms team manager with project leadership town hall/forum presentation development and event execution as neededCollaborate with diverse global teamKey skills:Strong communication skills (verbal and non-verbal), adaptability, creativityAbility to translate complex concepts into messages that are understandable by general audiencesAdvanced knowledge of English grammar and writing principles. Knowledge of AP Stylebook a plus.Collaborative, comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization, ability to influence without authorityLeadership, prioritization, results-orientated to deliver quality products and meet deadlinesDesirable but not essential:Change Management experienceSharePoint and/or html skillsKnowledge of WorkVivo employee communication platform
