Role Description We are seeking a full-time Research & Writing Attorney to work from our Calabasas, Palo Alto, or Boca Raton offices. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive legal research, analysis, and writing, including drafting motions in limine, responses to motions for summary judgment, and other dispositive motions. You will manage multiple cases and deadlines while maintaining effective communication with our team. The candidate must be barred in the state of California. Qualifications 5 years of robust experience in legal research and writing Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Capability to work both independently and collaboratively Openness to direction and constructive feedback Experience in appellate practice is preferred Barred in the state of California
