HR Content Developer/Writer

Paladin is now LHH Recruitment Solutions We are partnering with our Portland, OR manufacturing client to recruit an HR Content Developer and Writer to join their team on a contract basis for 3 months. This is a FULLY ONSITE role in Downtown Portland, and will be working directly with cross-functional operational teams like HR, accounting and similar to streamline internal documentation, best practices, SOPs and similar. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders from those teams to write new content, edit and pull from existing content, and ensure consistency in voice. To be a fit, you should bring 3 years of relevant experience in HR content development, technical writing or similar, with a tangible track record of relevant projects. Exposure to design (infographics, etc.) is a big plus This is a 3 month contract role onsite in Downtown Portland, OR, and this team is ready to get this project started ASAP As an LHH contractor, you will be a W2 employee with access to medical, dental, vision and 401(K) benefit options, and will be eligible for accruing sick time. Pay for this role ranges from $30 to $40 an hour based on relevant experience, with potential flexibility. You will: Partner with operational company stakeholders in accounting, human resources and similar functions to scope, research and create new content Write, edit and drive consistency throughout operational content, with a focus on clarity and accessibility for internal corporate audiences Review existing process documentation for opportunities for improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams on similar projects, as needed Your experience should include: 3 years of relevant experience as a Content Developer, Technical Writer, Instructional Designer or similar Tangible examples of HR and operational content development experience, including SOPs, manuals and similar work Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Light design experience, including Adobe Creative Suite or similar proficiency, highly preferred Experience partnering with subject-matter experts to ensure content is accurate and updated Sound like you?
