How this position fits at Scrapbook.com: Full-time, In-House As the Social Media Strategist, you will work on-site, full time, at our headquarters in Gilbert, Arizona. The mission of the Social Media Strategist is to expertly manage and enhance the presence of Scrapbook.com and Creative Kindness across social media platforms, ensuring a cohesive and engaging experience while aligning with brand voice, marketing objectives, and business goals. This position will develop and execute strategies to drive growth and engagement through organic and paid efforts. Core functions are prioritized as: 1. Strategic Planning and Execution of Social Media Initiatives 2. Content Creation and Community Management 3. Digital Marketing and Advertising Support Outcomes Will manage our brands’ social media presence (Scrapbook.com and Creative Kindness) and develop and implement a cohesive strategy across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) that supports department objectives and drives growth. Will create and curate engaging, on-brand content for all social media channels. Will manage social media campaigns per marketing calendar and collaborate with marketing/innovation teams to align social strategies with broader digital/paid ad campaigns. Will create visually appealing, on-brand content (text, graphics, videos) using design skills and image/video-editing software. Will assist with product photography and filming/editing as needed. Will analyze social media metrics, create reports, and use data-driven insights to refine strategies. Regularly assess campaign performance to identify improvements/optimization. Will create paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) and content based on company goals and manager direction. Will actively engage with our community by responding to comments/messages and participating in questions/answers, fostering a positive and supportive environment. Will stay current with social trends and platform updates to maintain a fresh, customer-centric presence for Scrapbook.com, ensuring we stay at the forefront of social marketing. You Are an Expert With: Project Management: You hold yourself and others accountable to goal dates and objectives, are on time, and are consistent with responsibilities. You are able to plan and prioritize so that the most important items are accomplished on time. Computer/iPhone Skills: You are proficient in computer software/programs, applications, spreadsheets, photo editing tools, analytics and industry trends. You make improvement recommendations to managers. Design/Style: You are skilled in design and have an eye for aesthetically beautiful and effective, customer-centric messaging that fits the papercrafting market and Scrapbook.com demographic. You Meet the Following Requirements: Must have 3-5 years of strategic social media experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business preferred, but not required Experience with all social media channels - Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, etc. Has an understanding of paid ads Must be able to edit simple graphics with the platform plug-ins.
