Learn more here: LinkedIn- Our Community About the Job: Oversee social media and content, advocating the brand while ensuring the best customer experience possible across online communities. A day in the life, what you’ll be doing: Support the Sr. Manager of Social Media’s marketing strategy and execution across Tik Tok, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and all other social mediums Lead day-to-day channel management and create, curate, and manage content (including images, videos, and written copy) for all social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube and more. Develop and maintain annual, seasonal, monthly, weekly and daily strategies and calendars for content across all channels Capture content on site for all influencer and brand events and company photo shoots Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and product launches in alignment with marketing objectives and brand guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and product development, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding. Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective. Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner. Appear on camera as in-house talent on social activations including TikTok, Tik Tok Live, Instagram stories, online, and community events Present social media performance and competitive findings in weekly team meetings Share emerging channels and opportunities to continue to be a digital first brand What it takes to Join: 3 years’ experience in social media, marketing, advertising and/or digital Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and partner across many functional teams and levels within the organization Retail or advertising experience a plus Highly organized and strong project management skills Ability to work with multiple partners and manage multiple day to day activities Developing the Community/ Leadership Qualities: Operate with the highest level of conduct, integrity, and confidentiality; setting the example for leaders and associates. Develop and nurture strong cross functional partnerships; driving business results and inspiring a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability. Serve as a Pacsun advocate in the industry and marketplace. Recruit, identify, develop, and retain talent that delivers performance excellence. As a manager, serve as a leader of company culture, norms, and conduct. Ability to balance a strong management presence with a high level of approachability, encouraging and eliciting associate feedback and interaction. Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting. Ability to work on computer and mobile phone for multiple hours; with frequent interruptions. Required to travel in elevator or stairwells to attend meetings and engage with associates on multiple floors throughout building. Hotel, Airplane, and Car Travel may be required. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. As a National Retailer, occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required during periods of high volume. This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
