Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Content Creator & Photographer who can bring our brand story to life through stunning photography, engaging content, and creative storytelling. This role will be responsible for capturing the essence of our custom design process, from the initial consultation to the final installation, and showcasing our beautiful projects on all major media outlets.  


Key Responsibilities:

  • Photography & Content Creation:
    • Capture high-quality photos of the California Closets design process, behind-the-scenes moments, and completed projects.
    • Produce creative content that highlights the transformation of spaces, emphasizing craftsmanship, style, and functionality.
    • Conduct occasional interviews with designers, clients, and partners to create engaging stories and testimonials.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Develop and execute a content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
    • Post regularly with engaging captions that reflect the brand’s voice and values.
    • Utilize Instagram Stories, Reels, and other features to increase engagement and showcase real-time updates.
    • Track and analyze the performance of content across all platforms, providing regular updates to the Marketing Manager.
    • Use insights to refine strategies and optimize content for maximum engagement and ROI.
  • Collaborative Projects:
    • Work closely with our design team to coordinate photoshoots and capture key moments of the client’s journey.
    • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align content with promotional campaigns and events.
    • Assist in brainstorming new content ideas to attract and engage our target audience.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in content creation, photography, and social media management (portfolio required).
  • Strong photography and photo-editing skills; proficiency with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar.
  • Expertise in writing and storytelling to deliver authentic, engaging, and shareable content across multiple platforms.
  • Excellent understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to capture and tell compelling visual stories.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for interior design, home organization, and luxury spaces is a plus.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
