About The Role As the Content Marketing Director, you'll lead our owned media channels: Blog, Website, SEO, Email Marketing, and Social Media. You'll be responsible for creating and executing data-driven content strategies that drive measurable revenue impact, align seamlessly with our sales objectives, and elevate our business outcomes. You'll be deeply involved in strategic decision-making, proactively advancing projects and ensuring high-quality execution to achieve outstanding results. Responsibilities Develop and implement content marketing strategies that are laser-focused on revenue generation and lead conversion. Drive the creation and distribution of high-quality, engaging content across all owned media channels, including the blog, website, and social platforms. Lead SEO efforts that target high-intent visitors and boost organic visibility and traffic. Design, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive 6- to 7-figure revenue results. Direct and manage social selling strategies, converting followers into qualified leads and sales. Collaborate with sales, product, and customer service teams to align content initiatives with business goals. Recruit, manage, and mentor a small, results-driven content team, emphasizing accountability and sales alignment. Analyze performance metrics (Google Analytics 4 and other tools) to refine strategies and maximize ROI. Expected Outcomes Revenue Growth: Deliver significant increases in revenue and customer acquisition through targeted content strategies. Sales Support: Create content that effectively guides users through the sales funnel, showing clear ROI. Strategic Improvement: Use data insights to constantly evolve content efforts, aligning with business objectives. Requirements 7+ years in Marketing, with 3+ years in a Content Marketing Director role. Proven success in crafting content strategies that drive revenue, lead generation, and customer acquisition. Experience managing multiple 6- to 7-figure content funnels and growing teams focused on business impact. Expert in SEO, Blogging, and content development for YouTube, Podcasts, and social platforms, with case studies/portfolio to showcase. Proven experience in email marketing, including split testing, personalization, segmentation, and workflow mapping. Mastery of data interpretation and making strategic decisions to improve outcomes. Proficient in tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics 4, and project management software (ClickUp, Webflow, etc.). Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work cross-functionally. Expected Base Compensation $150,000 - $170,000 USD Annually Why Publishing.com?
