Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Design, develop, craft, and deliver detailed mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas. Direct teams in visual design by defining and establishing the visual direction, process/procedures, and guiding implementation to achieve a high level of quality and consistency. Collaborate with cross-functional partners and teams across YouTube (Product managers, Engineering, Program Managers, UX teams, and Marketing). Partner with the YouTube UX team to improve the collective visual design language for the company as a whole.
