Responsibilities: - Review RFP's, RFQ's and RFI's for compatibility to our companies growth goals - Review RFP's, RFQ's and RFI's to verify we can submit a proposal or qualifications. - Research and analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs - Develop and write persuasive proposals, including executive summaries, solution descriptions, and pricing details - Create visually appealing proposal documents using tools such as Canva, Adobe and Word processing software - Edit and proofread proposal content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency - Coordinate with subject matter experts to gather technical information and incorporate it into proposals - Meet proposal deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously Requirements: - Proven experience in technical writing or proposal development - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Word processing software for creating professional documents - Strong research skills to gather relevant information for proposals - Attention to detail and ability to proofread and edit content for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors - Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams - Familiarity with Visio or other visual design tools is a plus As a Proposal Writer, you will play a crucial role in the development of persuasive proposals that showcase our company's capabilities and win new business.
