HOURS: Monday – Friday; 8am to 5pm

REPORTS TO: Marketing Director

PAY: $20/hr + based on experience

As a videographer associate, you’ll be working closely with the videographer team to create product videos that promote the 4imprint brand and engage our customers.


Here’s what a typical day might look like. (These are the essential functions of the job). Other duties may be assigned.

  • Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility.
  • Research, design and develop a diverse range of product videos per week to enhance the 4imprint brand. Usually 6-10 per week.
  • Schedule all aspects of product video shoots to include scheduling models, location, props selected, apparel maintenance and obtain any additional needed materials.
  • Provide support for different departments to ensure both technical and creative objectives are met.
  • Assist video team members in the completion of new and existing projects.
  • Additional responsibilities can include the production of advertisements, promotional videos, podcasts, radio ads, companywide updates, and training materials to be featured internally and externally.
  • Organize and understand products being filmed.
  • Ensure all items required for product videos have all parts, colors, measurements and features present.
  • Source materials including stock imagery, photos, video clips and audio sources.
  • Assist in maintaining video equipment and helping with any in-house studio needs.
  • Maintain comprehensive digital library of all videos, including product and b-roll footage according to approved filing structure.
  • Maintain a current understanding of trends and updates in your role.
  • Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.

Required education/skills/experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in radio/tv/film or a comparable combination of education/experience and/or training will be considered equivalent.
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud software (Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects) and Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
