Job Summary:
The Videographer would be dedicated to producing, filming, and video editing needs for the whole organization and creative endeavors.

- A personal relationship with Jesus Christ that results in a life lived in obedience to the will of God as described in the Word of God, evident by spiritual fruit and the desire to grow in the Lord
- Support the works of the ministry of Radiant Church
- Beliefs consistent with Radiant Church’s Statement of Faith
- Willing to become, if not already, a member of Radiant Church within 6 months of employment
- Demonstrate a commitment to handling conflict Biblically, following principles in Matthew 18
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and produce creative content, messaging, promotional, and informational videos for events, ministry initiatives, programs, departments, classes, etc in the Radiant Organization
- Assist in the development and production of content and programming for Radiant Church, Radiant School of Worship, Radiant School of Ministry, and Radiant Network
- Assist in the development and creation of video properties used in weekend production and communications (Radiant News, sermon roll-in, Radiant stories, etc.)
- Partners with Production to film and produce longer form teaching videos, service captures, etc.
- Manage and oversee all Creative video gear inventory
- Organize and manage all video/media assets (completed projects, sound, and video libraries, etc.)
- Capture b-roll and video content for applicable projects and events
- Write treatments for video projects with the help of the Creative & Communications team
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proficient in Adobe Application Suite (Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop) and Davinci Resolve
- Advanced knowledge of cameras, lighting, and gear
- Proficient in audio and lighting for controlled video shoots
- Understanding of post production workflow
- Passion for storytelling
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in meeting task/deadline requirements
- Ability to work with a variety of different types of individuals
- Highly developed communication skills; ability to express ideas and concepts in both written and verbal form
- Able to work independently as well as with a team
- Willingness to take on new tasks and initiatives
- High capacity for ideation
- Ability to adapt and adjust under pressure
- Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task
- Appropriate software such as: Mac OS X, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive
- Valid driver's license required
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of related work experience
- Associates degree preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to remain standing/sitting for long periods of time
- Must be able to bend and twist at the waist
