We’re seeking a talented Marketing Videographer and Editor to create engaging, professional video content that showcases our expertise and services.
As the Part-Time Marketing Videographer and Editor, you will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing video content that highlights our work, processes, and client success stories. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and an understanding of marketing principles to produce videos that resonate with our target audience—dentists.
- Plan and storyboard video concepts with the Head of Marketing to align with overall marketing goals.
- Capture high-quality video footage of lab processes, dental restorations, products, and team highlights.
- Film behind-the-scenes content, educational videos, and testimonials from dentists or patients.
- Edit raw footage into polished videos optimized for social media (Instagram Reels, Stories, LinkedIn), email campaigns, and the company website.
- Add text overlays, animations, music, and branding to videos to make them engaging and professional.
- Ensure all videos align with brand aesthetics and messaging.
- Collaborate on ideas for creative and compelling video content to showcase the lab’s expertise.
- Research video trends and implement new techniques to keep content fresh and engaging.
- Propose innovative concepts, including short-form videos, time-lapse clips, or case highlights.
- Organize and maintain a library of video assets for easy access and reuse.
- Format and resize videos for different platforms and ensure they meet technical specifications.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure video content supports broader marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate on scheduling and posting video content on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Track performance metrics of video content (e.g., engagement, views) and recommend improvements.
- Proven experience in videography and video editing (portfolio or reel required).
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation (After Effects experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording tools.
- Strong understanding of video content optimization for social media platforms, particularly Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects within a part-time schedule.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and composition.
- Experience in dental, healthcare, or similar industries is a bonus but not required.
- Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in video production and editing tools.
