We're seeking a talented Junior Videographer/Video Editor with 1-3 years of experience to contribute to both the filming and editing aspects of our content. This role offers the opportunity to work across various platforms, bringing stories to life with a high standard of quality and creativity. A strong portfolio, attention to detail, and a flair for storytelling are key to excelling in this role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Pre-Production:

      • Assist with setup for video shoots, livestreams, and podcast recordings, ensuring lighting, audio, and camera equipment are in place and optimized.
    • Production:
      • Capture high-quality video and audio for livestreams, YouTube content, and podcasts, working on both on-site and remote projects.
    • Post-Production:
      • Edit video and audio content, syncing files, performing color correction, and integrating sound design and visual effects.
      • Create lower thirds, transitions, and add music for a polished final product.
      • Transform long-form content into short clips optimized for social media sharing.
    • Content Optimization:
      • Prepare and optimize content for YouTube and podcast platforms, ensuring correct file formats, accurate titles, and engaging descriptions.
    • Collaboration & Quality Control:
      • Work closely with the lead video editor, creative, and social media teams to ensure deadlines are met and content aligns with brand guidelines.
      • Review and finalize content for consistency in branding and messaging.
    Qualifications & Requirements:
    • 1-3 years of video production and editing experience
    • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; knowledge of After Effects and Photoshop is a plus
    • Familiarity with video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear
    • Strong storytelling ability and a portfolio that reflects engaging, brand-aligned content
    • Experience with livestream setup and management (preferred)
    • Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail
    • Knowledge of YouTube and podcast production workflows
    • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
    • Local residents only (Phoenix, AZ)
