Co-founded by Celebrity Chef Joey Maggiore, Cristina Maggiore, and partner Flora Tersigni, The Maggiore Group has grown into an award-winning restaurant group known for exceptional cuisine, ambiance, and service. Our portfolio includes a variety of brands such as The Rosticceria, The Mexicano, The Italiano, and many more exciting ventures.

Open Positions

We are hiring for multiple roles across our creative team, including:

1.  Photographer / Videographer and Editor
  • Collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to produce and enhance content for all TMG brands.
  • Develop and execute content calendars 30-45 days in advance for various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook).
  • Film, edit, and post content (3 videos/reels per concept per week) that aligns with our brand aesthetics.
  • Schedule on-site content creation with restaurant managers, organizing cohesive marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Strong photography and videography skills with relevant samples.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom/Photoshop, or Final Cut Pro.
  • Experience staging content with both natural and artificial lighting.
  • Ability to curate engaging and brand-aligned content.
  • Flexible schedule and ability to travel to different locations for shoots.
2. Social Media Specialist
  • Create and implement social media strategies to engage our target audience, increase brand awareness, and drive growth.
  • Manage social media profiles, paid advertising, and analytics across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more.
  • Work with content creators to develop promotional materials like menus, flyers, and videos.
  • Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns and collaborate on event promotions.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management.
  • Strong understanding of branding, content strategy, and digital communication.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Strong copywriting skills and ability to maintain consistency in brand voice across platforms.
3. Graphic Designer
  • Create visually engaging designs for a variety of mediums, including menus, signage, promotional materials, and digital content for social media.
  • Ensure all designs align with The Maggiore Group's brand identity and aesthetic.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to produce materials that support restaurant promotions, events, and new concept launches.
  • Adapt designs for both print and digital platforms, ensuring high-quality visual communication.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the restaurant, hospitality, or food service industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of visual branding, typography, and layout design.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of print production and digital media standards.
  • Experience creating designs for restaurant menus, promotional materials, and event collateral is a plus.
