Real Estate Photographer Job at Scott Varley Real Estate in Saratoga Springs

Our top real estate agency is currently looking for our next great In House Creative Photographer/Videographer! The ideal candidate will work independently photographing and videoing and providing drone footage of the homes of our seller clients.

This a salaried position for up to 15 homes per month, with the ability to earn more per each additional listing photographed. Generally, the photographer will be on location between 1 and 3 hours. Flexible schedules are necessary and daytime shoots are typical. Some twilight hours, Saturday and Sunday shoots may be necessary but are not the norm. The ability to maintain freelance photoshoots is possible after priority is given to the team photo shoots.

$50,000 - $60,000 At Plan

• Take quality photos and videos of all properties to share on social media and websites
• Skilled with drone photos and video and can demonstrate examples of this work
• Ability to attend multiple shoots per day and/or week in order to provide the best possible customer service to clients
• Help real estate agents stage the home during the shoot to ensure eye-pleasing results
• Ability to edit and manipulate photos for lighting, contrast, and watermarks to ensure top-quality photography

• Owns a DSLR or mirrorless camera with wide angle lens, drone, and has a comprehensive knowledge of photography, drone, lenses, lighting, and video equipment
• Professional demeanor and comfortable working with many different kinds of people and has the ability to make adjustments and act on feedback on projects
• Owns and must have experience with using Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, or equivalent
• Experience in real estate photography is required
• Can manage multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and meet all deadlines
• Reliable transportation
• Strong organizational skills for file management
