Job Description
Position Summary
The Digital and Print Marketing Coordinator is responsible for advancing the Academy’s mission through external marketing efforts and internal communication methods. This role is responsible for community awareness of and engagement with Providence Academy’s mission. This is a full time, 12-month position with benefits.
Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of the Academy’s marketing and communication efforts including digital, social media, video, photography, and all print marketing collateral produced.
Superintend all marketing projects serving Admissions, Development, Alumni, Arts, and Athletics
Coordinate all digital and print marketing content across the above developments to ensure consistency of brand presentation
Serve as primary media buyer for all external partners
Provide graphic design, layout, copywriting, editorial and distribution support for school publications, both print and digital, including the Academy’s weekly E-bulletin communication.
Design, coordinate, and maintain all aspects of social media campaigns and electronic communications for various school efforts and serve as a liaison between the school and news media.
Serve as the photographer and videographer for the day-to-day activities and events at the Academy, and coordinate the production of videos and photographs for online use and publication in collateral materials.
Conduct regular website maintenance/editing and perform SEO analytics.
Primary emphasis on digital marketing trends, best practices, analysis, and execution, with high level experience in marketing analytics.
Desired Qualifications and Skills
Demonstrated experience with photography and videography, including editing and final production
Experience working with external partners and agencies (i.e., mail houses, printers, Google, Facebook/Meta, Niche, etc).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Deep understanding and appreciation for the school’s brand, particularly it’s Catholic identity and dual presence in the Catholic school and Independent school marketplaces
Demonstrated proficiency in desktop publishing (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PremierPro, and PowerPoint), social media platforms, Wordpress, and creative web-based media softwares.
