Summary Description
The PR, Social & Content Senior Account Executive is an integral position within the agency. The ideal candidate will have five to seven years of full-time experience, can be a coach and player on social media and content creation and has a true passion for creating compelling stories. They will assist with the development and execute social media and content plans. Sharing a high bar for excellence, thriving in a fast-paced environment and endless curiosity are essential.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Build social media strategies that are integrated into a full marketing program and align with client’s marketing goals
- Build and manage day-to-day relationships with key clients as their “go-to” within our agency client team
- Ideate and develop content in a variety of formats, often in collaboration with an art director, animator, videographer or other team members
- Critique and build on the work of your colleagues during content reviews and participate in brainstorming sessions by contributing brand right ideas to shape creative
- Build and cultivate relationships with influencers in the digital space, develop influencer marketing programs and manage day-to-day execution
- Use social media analytics to track performance, measure ROI, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategic social media and content marketing plans
- Be a subject matter expert in social media for the agency and clients, staying up to date on social media platforms, tools, best practices and how brands use them so the agency can make informed recommendations to clients
- Collaborate effectively as a team member within the Public Relations, Social Media and Content department and with other agency teams
- The successful candidate should possess five to seven years of relevant experience, preferably agency experience
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, Meta and TikTok Shops, community management tools
- 5+ years experience in developing and implementing successful social media strategies and creative
- Ability to prioritize and successfully manage multiple projects/teams/deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment where excellence is demanded, ability to thrive under pressure
- Must be a tenacious problem-solver, driven to restrategize approach if necessary to deliver results
- The ideal candidate should have a can-do attitude, curiosity, integrity and a We Before Me philosophy
- Ability to articulate and understand the emotional context and motivations of varying target markets to create true brand devotion
- Excellent written and oral communication skills including strong presentation skills
- This position is a hybrid position. You must be able to be on-site Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday weekly
- Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
