Job Summary:

The Creative Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of creative projects. This role focuses on managing multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with established creative standards. The Creative Project Manager plays a critical role in optimizing resource allocation, streamlining workflows, and maintaining consistent communication between creative teams and key stakeholders. By identifying potential roadblocks and proactively developing solutions, this role ensures smooth project progress while upholding the creative goals of the organization.


Duties/Responsibilities:


Creative Project Management & Execution:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring all projects meet deadlines and budgetary constraints.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Creative Manager to align creative projects with overall brand objectives and creative standards.
  • Ensure that all creative work adheres to established guidelines, maintaining consistency in visual storytelling and brand representation.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables, providing regular updates to key stakeholders on project progress and potential challenges.
  • Lead project kickoff meetings and maintain continuous communication with creative teams and project stakeholders.

Resource Allocation & Workflow Optimization:

  • Strategize and manage resource allocation for creative teams, optimizing labor distribution and ensuring efficient use of available resources.
  • Work closely with the creative team leads to allocate personnel effectively based on project scope, deadlines, and resource needs.
  • Use project management tools (e.g., Asana) to track project milestones, manage team workflows, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Continuously assess workflow efficiency and implement improvements to streamline the project management process.

Cross-Team Collaboration & Communication:

  • Act as the main liaison between creative teams, departments, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate collaboration between creative, marketing, and production teams, ensuring alignment on project objectives and timelines.
  • Facilitate feedback loops, ensuring that creative revisions are completed promptly and in line with stakeholder expectations.

Problem Solving & Issue Resolution:

  • Identify potential roadblocks or delays in project progress and proactively develop solutions to maintain momentum.
  • Analyze project performance and provide recommendations to address inefficiencies and improve future project management processes.
  • Troubleshoot issues as they arise, ensuring quick and effective resolutions to keep projects on track.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • 5+ years of experience in creative project management, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong skills in managing creative workflows, resource allocation, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana), with a demonstrated ability to implement these tools to improve project efficiency.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to identify and resolve project issues, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • May require occasional travel for project meetings or team collaborations.
