Job Title - reports to the Creative Project Manager

The Position
Ashtel Studios is seeking a tenured Project Manager, an enthusiastic critical thinker and problem solver who thrives on being engaged at all levels of a project. Our ideal candidate realizes the opportunities and constraints of a given project and takes responsibility for setting and managing expectations internally and with clients. They understand how to manage and prioritize tasks effectively to deliver on time and in an organized fashion. They have full project lifecycle experience and can confidently tend to business needs, resource management, schedules and internal communication to successfully navigate and deliver all aspects of the assignment. This individual will be leading the charge and being entrusted to regularly kick off and oversee all projects from start to finish.
Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
● Manage a high volume of recurring, high-priority, and demanding deliverables
● Lead regular meetings with appropriate parties to relay project updates and overall status
● Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and track follow-up tasks
● Develop timelines and drive project workstreams, ensuring key milestones are met
● Orchestrate the delivery of assets to key stakeholders, perform quality assurance, and facilitate cross-functional approvals
● Coordinate communication with external vendors, licensors, and other third parties
● Work closely with Sales, Creative, Purchasing and any cross-functional team to coordinate workflows and establish priorities
● Delegate tasks appropriately and thoroughly, guaranteeing all project requirements are addressed and accounted for
● Anticipate potential roadblocks, identify solutions, and escalate issues to appropriate parties and upper management as needed
● Kick off all new product development projects in Monday.com
● Maintain and update project progress in Monday.com; tracking departmental tasks and ensuring accountability and timely follow-up
● Hone Monday.com and manage internal onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are integrated smoothly into our project management platform
● Establish project management best practices and implement processes that continuously improve our organizational systems for successful project execution
