About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Art Direction & Visual Design to join its Executive Office and play a key role in advancing the firm's corporate strategy and brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading brand and marketing design, ensuring the firm's visual identity and design standards are upheld across all external touchpoints. This includes the creation of marketing artifacts such as social media posts, advertising assets, website pages, and branded applications. The role involves partnering with commercial leaders and external teams to develop design-focused products and experiences, as well as operationalizing a Firmwide Design Council to maintain consistent design guidelines. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years' experience in brand design and art direction, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in multidisciplinary brand implementations, particularly in conceptual marketing outputs. Applicants for this role at The Company should have a background in design that blends creative experience with managerial and operational skills, and a deep passion for user-centered design. The role requires a confident communicator who can engage with stakeholders at all levels and is production-savvy, with proficiency in design and prototyping tools. The candidate should be detail-oriented, able to provide clear rationale for design decisions, and constantly curious about new design approaches. Experience in financial services or similarly complex business environments is essential, as is the ability to work with diverse design specialties and skillsets. The role is an opportunity to be part of a modernization process, where the focus is on harnessing the firm's core values and translating them into world-class design that reflects the company's evolving commercial vision.
