About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Analytics Consultant on the Marketing Audience Operations Team as part Enterprise Marketing Services. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.In this role, you will collaborate with Marketing Services team members and Marketing partners to support the build and delivery of customer audiences across all marketing channels. You will translate marketing strategy and campaign measurement test plans into technical requirements to successfully build marketing audiences by using new and innovative marketing technology platforms which includes Adobe Audience Manager and Pega. In addition to these platforms, you may also leverage other analytical tools such as SAS/SQL/Unica to explore the data environment. Our team consists of technical data experts who can consult on strategic planning and are able to execute in a highly complex process.In this role, you will:Support delivery and development of marketing business strategies that will drive growth, profitability, and competitive advantage for Wells FargoDevelop, test, analyze and implement strategies to achieve the financial objective relevant to marketing strategiesWork closely with cross functional teams within the marketing lifecycle (Tech, Product, Risk, Operations) to drive impact on a given product, problem, or initiativeProvide strong relationship management with internal Marketing and partners across Wells FargoDevelop technical requirements & targeting builds (audience lists/conversations) for multi-channel campaigns from Planning to DeliveryAccurately manage campaign lifecycle workflow tasks to meet campaign target datesEnsure workflows are built using Standard Practices and optimized for automationManaging and prioritizing multiple complex projects,Building and maintaining strong business relationships in order to identify, define, execute, and analyze complex marketing audience initiatives.Build and maintain necessary processes, controls, and procedures to ensure data accuracy and business functionality, while complying with privacy and security policies.Utilization of multiple databases and/or tools, supporting the design of complex marketing audience campaigns, which will be executed across multiple distribution channels (direct mail, email, phone, ATM, on-line, etc.)Required Qualifications:5+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Experience with Adobe Audience Manager, PEGA and Unica preferredStrong technical and/or database management experience manipulating data for analytic purposes utilizing SQL, SAS relationship databases (such as Oracle, Teradata, Aprimo, Unica IBM or equivalent)Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills based on analyticsExperience in specializing in lead/contact list generation and managementFamiliarity with consumer loan products and financial servicesAbility to establish and maintain strong business relationships in order to identify, define, build, and execute complex direct marketing initiativesStrong conceptual thinking and ability to drive clarity in ambiguity while dealing with credit and operational problemsHighly refined and professional verbal and written communications, including strong facilitation and presentation skillsProven leadership experience consulting, collaborating and influencing across heavily matrixed organizations and within varying levels of managementHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage and prioritize multiple complex projectsAbility to ensure adherence to privacy, information security, legal, compliance, and WF business policies and regulations, and ensuring that all audit requirements are met and documentedJob Expectations:Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening.This role offers a hybrid work schedule.This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.Locations:401 S Tryon St CHARLOTTE, NC 28202550 S 4th St MINNEAPOLIS, MN 55415800 S. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
