JOB DUTIES AppImplementation andManagement Partner with appdeveloperto design and implement property-wide app Superviseapp implementation and ensure deadlines are met Provide content and feedback to app developer in a timely manner Give status updatesfor app development to XM Corporate staff and client on a specified cadence Review building appoftenfor brand consistency Create and maintain app content in-line with luxury brand standards Market and promote app usage amongtenants, residents, guests, etc. Tenant Engagement Create property programming with the goal of creating a property-wide sense of inclusion and community Maintains property programming budget Managesand schedules building amenities (ie. conference space, rooftop terrace, tenant lounge, etc.) Curates unique and worthwhile activations in public and private event space in conjunction with onsite retailers at times Special event planning for meetings and events occurring at the property for clients and tenants directly - can be large-scale Assists property management team in creating welcome collateral and events for new tenants Responds to in-person, phone and email requests from tenants and assists in providing guidance and information to tenants in a timely manner Manages property social media sites Designs and copywrites internal marketing messaging and collateral for property programming and eventsincluding digital and printed communications Acts as a building ambassador and engage tenants to participate in building programming Plan robust program within property budget Negotiate contracts with area vendors for best price, product and service Works withExperience Management corporateteam to grow alocalPreferred Vendor list Stays current on knowledge of local events and cultural attractions. Other concierge-related requests, as needed Other reports, duties, meetings TBD SKILLS AND APTITUDES Experienced marketing and event planning Creatively produce ideas to develop bespoke programs to engage various demographics and interests Ability to engage tenants and visitors to participate in events and programming Possesses foresight to organize event logistics up to 3000 attendees Eye for clean, concise marketing collateral Superior knowledge of local cultural, dining, and entertainment venues, and ability to match client and tenant desires to the appropriate venue Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, accommodating and communicating to a broad range of clientele with varied needs Motivated self-starter who is able to work with minimal supervision Proactive, approachable and solution-focused Professional demeanor and appearance Strong planning and organizational skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Takes initiative and anticipates needs of others Commitment to company values Knowledgeable on Microsoft Office, iOS functions, marketing or graphic design software, and digital technology EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience At least three years' experience in marketing and event planning, including VIP guest service Previous concierge or VIP retail experience highly-preferred Expert-level knowledge of the local area, including current dining, retail, and entertainment trends
