About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and creative Community Manager to lead the growth and engagement of our global Web3 and AI communities. This role is central to building meaningful relationships, expanding our community, and driving engagement through events, content, and strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate is based in the EU or APAC region to ensure comprehensive community coverage alongside our existing team.
Responsibilities
Community Growth & Engagement: Grow and engage our communities, targeting significant increases in membership and meaningful interactions
Event Management: Organize and host events such as Twitter Spaces, AMAs, and community gatherings to deepen engagement
Data & Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on community metrics to identify trends and refine strategies
Content Creation: Develop and execute a content calendar with creative posts, visuals, and videos that align with the Sahara brand voice and target audience
Collaboration & Partnership: Collaborate with moderators, ecosystem partners, and leadership to ensure smooth execution of initiatives
Stay informed about Web3 and AI trends to drive innovative community strategies
Conduct competitive research to identify and adopt best practices in community management
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of experience in community management or operations, with a focus on growth and engagement
Strong analytical skills to track metrics and generate actionable insights
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an understanding of brand tone
Proficiency in tools like Notion, Canva, Figma, and basic video editing software
Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
General understanding of Web3, blockchain, and AI technologies
Creativity in content creation, with a keen eye on emerging trends and Gen Z preferences
Experience hosting or organizing successful community events (e.g., AMAs, webinars, meetups)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in or engaging with developer communities or technical audiences
