• Attention to Detail: Carefully manage financials, vendor relationships, legal documents, and the overall aesthetics of the property

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least a year of apartment property management experience is required
• Technology Savvy: Advanced knowledge of Google products and basic knowledge of Yardi and RentCafe systems is a plus
• Leasing Experience: Basic leasing or sales experience preferred

What We Offer:

This is a salaried position with some flexibility required outside normal business hours. After 60 days, you’ll have the opportunity to enroll in a comprehensive benefits package, including partially subsidized health insurance, paid life and long-term disability insurance, and optional dental, vision, and supplemental insurance. Plus, you’ll enjoy 401K and PTO eligibility from day one!
