Assistant Community Manager Needed- Spokane, WA Job at American Capital Realty G

We are looking for someone with a dynamic personality who makes connections with people immediately to assist with a high end multi-family building in the Spokane area. This is a full-time on-site essential position (observing strict precautions) with a national property management firm's Northwest Region team. A professional attitude and appearance is required at all times. You will be responsible for keeping the building at 100% occupancy so the ability to cultivate future leads is a valuable barometer for success. In addition, you will be required to maintain tenant files, direct maintenance staff, work with on-site vendors, etc. We are looking for someone to take full ownership of the position and focus on making the community the best it can be. This position will receive support from experienced Regional Managers to ensure you have all the tools to succeed. This position offers full benefits as well as paid vacation and sick time. Manager may live on-site with a corporate discount but it's not a requirement. Your salary will be commensurate with your skills and experience.
