POSITION:
We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth and enhance our market presence.
**Role Overview:**
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of the fitness industry, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of achieving business goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. **Strategic Planning:**
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.
2. **Partnership Development:**
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, community organizations, and fitness influencers.
- Negotiate and secure partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations that align with the studio’s goals.
3. **Lead Generation and Sales:**
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including networking events, grassroots events, industry conferences, and digital marketing.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and partners.
4. **Customer Relationship Management:**
- Foster strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
5. **Market Analysis:**
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and areas for expansion.
- Monitor industry developments and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
6. **Performance Tracking:**
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development efforts.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management.
7. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of new business opportunities.
**Qualifications:**
- Strong experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with fitness management software is a plus.
