Develops technical content for web pages and online marketing.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop Technical tutorials and videos for Industrial Automation Controls devices as HMIs, PLCs, HMI+PLC Combos, IPCs, …etc.
  • Develop and deliver technical training content to enhance customers technical skills of Industrial Automation controls devices.
  • Write clear, concise, grammatically correct concepts technical / sales / marketing articles.
  • Write specifications and user documentation.
  • Interact with internal technical support staff, customers, distributors, and end-users.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Requirements:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of industrial control systems, HMIs, PLCs, HMI+PLC Combos, IPCs, etc.
  • Well organized professional with power to prioritize and multitask.
  • Excellent Knowledge of video creation and editing.
  • Excellent Knowledge of SEO-optimization.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Supervisory Responsibility:

This position does not supervise others.


Education/Experience:

Two to five years related experience.


Language Ability:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a group of managers, customers, and the general public.


Math Ability:

Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios to practical situations.


Reasoning Ability:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
