Contract-to-Hire Position

Responsibilities:

• Lead the information architecture process for digital projects, including developing sitemaps and evaluating content structure and hierarchy.
• Develop comprehensive content strategy deliverables such as guidelines, workflows, audits, templates, outlines, manuscripts, editorial calendars, and style guides to enhance website effectiveness.
• Plan and conceptualize content types and topics aligned with overall communication goals, branding, and digital strategy.
• Create brand-appropriate messaging and style guidelines, including voice and tone, to guide web content creation.
• Write copy and collaborate with internal copywriters and client-side content contributors, managing workflows for content deliverables.
• Analyze user research findings, analytics, and other data to shape content strategy.
• Occasionally participate in business development efforts, including scoping for new projects.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of full-time content strategy experience in an agency or consulting environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing content strategy work (link or PDF required).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with site migrations and redesign projects.
• Proven ability to lead training sessions or workshops.
