Tiny Blessings has been selling luxury children’s jewelry, exclusively online, for over 20 years. As a small ecommerce business, the Website Content Coordinator oversees, and is solely responsible for, all catalog needs of the website. This includes, but is not limited to: creating product listings, maintaining categories, coordinating promotional content, and improving user experience. With as many products as we carry, featured on multiple marketplaces, this individual must be highly organized and detail oriented . The Website Content Coordinator will collaborate directly with our Managing Director, in-house creative team, and external developers to ensure the products and catalog are beautiful, functional, and accurate. Additional projects such as data collection/analysis or other digital tasks will be assigned as needed. Please note: You will receive in-house hands-on training to ensure you feel confident in all catalog processes. Responsibilities Manage catalog to ensure content is accurate and up to date. Write and adjust basic frontend CSS/HTML code to implement content provided by Marketing Director. Coordinate promotional content, keeping up with a fast paced environment. Create frontend product listings; adding images, product details, and custom options. Sort and organize products into appropriate categories for easy navigation. Collect and analyze data to improve website catalog and user experience. Complete assorted digital projects as assigned. Serve as primary liaison for external developers. Serve as primary liaison for marketplace partners. Remote work outside of office hours may occasionally be required for: Communication with external developers Coordination of promotional content (usually no more than twice a month) Requirements 2 years experience in catalog management, content coordination, or frontend development Knowledge of ecommerce platforms (categories, products, titles, descriptions, images, etc.) Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS Microsoft Office and Google Suite proficiency Excellent at multitasking & balancing multiple ongoing projects Adaptable and eager to learn complex digital tasks Ability to uphold exceptionally high standards for frontend catalog Highly organized Exceptional attention to detail Reliable Preferred Experience and Skills: Completed (or pursuing) a degree in information technology, web development, or related field Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Magento or Shopify Project management experience Experience in other digital roles Details On-site position $20-$23/hour Full time Long-term M-Th work week (Fridays optional) Flexible schedule We Offer Internship credit if needed Convenient location off I-15 near UVU and BYU On-the-job training Employee discount
