Content Marketing Manager - B2B - Employer Branding

We’re revamping our marketing approach and seeking a Content Marketing Manager who can take ownership of our content funnel and drive effective lead acquisition, helping us reach our global growth goals.


This role will report to the Head of Enterprise Marketing and work closely with our data unit and local sales teams to plan and execute our content strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a lead generation-focused content marketing strategy that aligns with business goals, guiding qualified leads through the entire content funnel, from top-of-funnel awareness to bottom-of-funnel conversions.
  • Create and maintain a strategic content calendar to ensure consistent, timely, and targeted delivery of high-quality content across platforms, aligned with business goals and audience engagement strategies.
  • Produce high-quality thought leadership content, such as but not limited to whitepapers, eBooks, webinars, infographics, video, social media posts, case studies, and blog posts, specifically designed to attract and nurture potential clients.
  • Create content that supports lead generation efforts, ensuring every piece drives engagement and interest from our target audience.
  • Partner with our research team and local sales teams to create content that leverages our unique research, including marketing initiatives that showcase these insights.
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to increase organic traffic and conversion rates, ensuring our content ranks highly for relevant industry keywords.
  • Manage content distribution across multiple digital channels, including but not limited to email marketing, social media, third-party platforms, and our website.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of lead generation efforts, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.


Your Background:

  • Experience in HR, talent acquisition or employer branding.
  • Minimum 5 years in content marketing with a focus on B2B strategy, plus a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional English writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Analytical skills and ability to review results of data analyses and bring out insights that are relevant and easy to follow for target audiences. Experience of creating content based on market research
  • Proficiency with digital channels (social media, email, CMS) and SEO best practices, alongside hands-on experience in AI and content software for content creation and optimization.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, or a related field.
  • Up-to-date certifications (e.g., HubSpot Content Marketing) to demonstrate current industry knowledge.
  • Knowledge and experience in social selling techniques and strategies, leveraging social media to drive sales and build strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to distill complicated concepts based on data into simple ideas and write in a structured manner to explain these.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills to handle multiple content projects and deadlines.
  • Previous experience in a startup environment wearing multiple hats is a plus.
  • Proficiency in French or German is a plus.
