LMS Administrator / Content Developer

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Content Developer and eLearning Manager designs and develops relevant and engaging training materials, including videos, eLearning modules, workbooks, instructor guides and job aids. This person also oversees the use of and acts as administrator for our Learning Management System and other technology platforms for Zippy’s Restaurants.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Uses multimedia skills to design and develop new learning materials including videos, eLearning modules, workbooks, instructor guides and job aids that drive organizational learning and results.
Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure quality and accuracy of all materials.
Modifies and updates existing training curriculum, content materials, job aids as needed.
Provides support to evaluate, analyze and report on training effectiveness.
Track program evaluations and test results.
Work with video production and graphic sources to produce final versions of course materials.
Responsible for Learning Management Systems configuration & administration.
Uploads content, manages learning pathways, runs reports, and enrolls mandatory training.
Clearly communicates project status.
Point of contact for Field to troubleshoot and answer questions - coordinating with IT Support, General Office, Marketing, and HRIS as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Location:
Must be located on Oahu, Hawaii
Scheduling:
Monday through Friday, 45 to 50 hours per week, but could vary based on business demand
Mental Ability:
Time management skills with strong attention to detail; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet assigned project deadlines in a timely manner
Strong customer service skills required.
Pre-Employment Requirements:
Must pass drug screening test & background check
Environment:
Air conditioned, office environment.
Occasional off site locations. Safety Shoes will be required.

Education:
College degree
Experience:
Experience with software design tools such as; Articulate Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), and other similar design software
Experience building online and in-person courses for adult learners from the ground up
Experience with multimedia production is a plus
Experience writing video scripts and video production
