Snowflake is actively seeking an Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) focused Enablement Content Creator to support our growing company focus on data science. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Sales and Sales Engineering Enablement, you will be the owner and the field-facing enablement content creator for AI and ML. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL GET TO: Build content to ensure our sales and sales engineering organization is well-equipped with the training and resources to meet and exceed sales quotas. Demonstrate discipline to build, develop, and revise the content strategy for AI/ML versus reacting and responding to ad-hoc requests. Establish yourself with product marketing and the product engineering teams as a key member of their extended team; to stay abreast of the product roadmap and external messaging. Contribute to the internal field training (Snow Surge, SKO, and TechUp). Collaborate with the Global SE and Sales Everboarding teams to shape and continuously refine the AI/ML training content program based on their segment's needs. Build strategic partnerships and align with internal and cross-functional SMEs on enablement content creation. REQUIRED SKILLS: A minimum of 5 years of related experience with a focus on enterprise software, sales engineering, and enablement in the data space. Should have technical expertise in AI/ML Bachelor's degree Exceptional business, technical, and sales acumen Experienced in designing and building training content is preferred Ability to work with diverse internal stakeholders and cross-functional partners to successfully deliver programs Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects while meeting deadlines and producing quality deliverables Highly organized with excellent writing skills Experience working in a fast-changing environment that requires strategic thinking, resourcefulness, agility, results-oriented decision-making, and commitment to excellence Every Snowflake employee is expected to follow the company's confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data. The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role: The estimated base salary range for this role is $147,000 - $204,700. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan. The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
