Overview:
The Assistant Director of Creative Content (Marketer II) is responsible for promotional and gameday visual assets for Utah State Athletics. They will be a key member of the Creative Content Department. Duties will include capturing home events and creating visual assets for external and internal use including photography and graphic design.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage multiple projects from concept to completion while working within fast turnaround times.
Photograph games, practices, camps, recruiting visits, or any other necessary events.
Create and execute creative, trend setting ideas and concepts while following brand standards.
Assist in recruiting by designing edits targeting prospective student athletes for mail outs, text messages, on campus recruiting visits, etc.
Collaborate with multiple internal partners including but not limited to Aggie Sports Properties, marketing, fan engagement, ticket operations and sales, media relations, and athletic operations.
Support and contribute to the overall content strategy of Utah State Athletics.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years' experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
The position requires a flexible work schedule based on events including some evenings, weekends, and holidays. Travel will be required for various events, regular in season games, championships, or bowl games.
Demonstrated experience, knowledge, and skills in photography and graphic design.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.
Working knowledge of various professional camera brands.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience at a Division 1 athletics department.
Knowledgeable of the NCAA rules and a commitment to adhere to all rules and regulations of Utah State University, the Mountain West Conference, and the NCAA.
Previous athletics experience as an undergrad or graduate student.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a group setting.
Ability to prioritize work, handle multiple demands efficiently, think ahead, anticipate issues, and successfully work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Possess excellent attention to detail, grammar and proofreading skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently, coordinate large projects or events.

Indoors, in an office space, event space, or public space are protected from weather conditions, but not necessarily from temperature changes.
