As Creative Director, you will be the driving creative force behind Sun Theory's bold, innovative brand identity. Leveraging your exceptional design expertise and strategic acumen, you will lead the development of captivating visual systems that bring the company's wellness-focused mission to life across all consumer touchpoints. Serving as a creative trailblazer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to push boundaries in the cannabis and hemp space. With an unparalleled eye for design and passion for elevating experiences, you will play a pivotal role in cementing Sun Theory's position as the industry leader. Responsibilities : Develop cohesive brand identities, visual languages, and creative assets for the entire Sun Theory portfolio Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to conceptualize and execute impactful brand campaigns and content Oversee and develop an in-house creative team, providing mentorship and managing workloads Serve as the creative lead for new product launches, developing innovative packaging, marketing materials, and launch campaigns Maintain strong relationships with external creative agencies and production partners, efficiently managing projects and ensuring high-quality deliverables Establish and uphold brand guidelines to ensure design consistency across all customer touch points, including digital, retail, and print Stay ahead of design trends and industry best practices, bringing new ideas and techniques to enhance Sun Theory's brand presence Analyze campaign performance data and user feedback to continually optimize the creative strategy Manage creative budgets and timelines to deliver on strategic objectives Qualifications : 5-7 years of experience as a Creative Director or Senior Designer in the consumer goods, retail, or cannabis/hemp industries Exceptional creative vision and ability to translate brand strategies into impactful, cohesive visual identities Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and emerging design tools Experience leading and mentoring cross-functional creative teams, including in-house designers and external agencies Proven track record of developing innovative brand concepts and assets for high-growth, fast-paced environments Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and omnichannel brand experiences Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels Passion for staying up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices If you are an experienced Creative Director with a passion for building elevated, innovative brands, we'd love to hear from you.
