The AppleCare Service Content Media Team consists of an in-house, full-service production, post production and graphics team providing all services related to the creation of high-quality media assets. As an in-house production team, we handle audio recording and mixing, video production and post, informational graphic design and live internal broadcast capabilities. We’re continuing to expand our internal production agency to include a stronger focus on creative development. This expansion into more focused creative will help us design best-in-industry technical and soft training content. The Media team is seeking an experienced Creative Process Development Lead who will coordinate and refine a collaborative creative development process that can turn client needs into outstanding creative output. In addition, this candidate will ensure the rest of the creative team is efficiently engaged in each project leading to outstanding video experiences.
Description
The ideal candidate for this role is strong creative collaborator, is strong technically and has a consistent record of delivering in a deadline-intensive media production or agency environment. They will have communication and meeting skills and experience in working with creative talents and internal clients who are not broadly in media production or aesthetics.
Minimum Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of creative agency experience, understanding of video production, post-production processes, and workflow optimization. Strong skills in crafting and interpreting creative briefs, and outstanding organizational and communication skills are important.
Confirmed experience in sourcing, engaging, and handling top creative talents, with the ability to efficiently coordinate contract engagements and foster collaborative success.
Proven ability to lead and collaborate with creative teams across diverse areas, both onsite and remotely, leading workflows across multiple time zones with a focus on driving collaborative success.
Skills in quickly addressing and resolving issues that arise during production, including technical, creative, and logistical challenges.
Strong understanding of media production-related compliance, copyright laws, and property management to ensure all content adheres to legal standards.
Ability to develop and assess SOWs, scope costs and required resources for media productions including Virtual Productions. Produce a full financial workup of proposals to aid in decision-making.
Ability to think strategically about creative projects and identify innovative ways to content creation and media production that align with company goals.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal clients, understanding their needs and delivering creative solutions that exceed expectations.

In-depth familiarity with Virtual Production operations, including the latest trends, capabilities, and opportunities for innovative content creation.
Confirmed experience to handle creative teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and maintaining morale across both in-house and freelance staff.
Hands-on experience in video/photo studio management and graphic production, with a portfolio demonstrating an understanding of visual storytelling and design principles.
Extensive experience in pitching and developing proposals tailored for internal clients and leadership, including those with non-media backgrounds.
Experience crafting content for a global audience, with an awareness of cultural differences and adapt content accordingly.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,900 and $216,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
