About the role: The Head of Creator, Social and Media Strategy will focus on developing and executing data-driven strategies that align with marketing objectives and creative ideas, with a strong emphasis on creator, social, and media strategies. You will lead budget allocation decisions, collaborate with key stakeholders, and ensure that media plans are integrated with broader campaigns. Additionally, the role requires staying at the forefront of market trends and emerging media platforms, continuously refining strategies to optimize performance and growth. Your ability to analyze consumer behavior, guide media investments, and co-create with internal teams will be crucial to driving successful outcomes. Here's what you'll do day-to-day: Creator Strategy : Determine the appropriate level of creators to collaborate with for each campaign. Identify the optimal number of creators for co-creation efforts. Define the ideal blend of creators to maximize impact and audience engagement. Social Strategy : Identify which social media platforms should be leveraged for campaigns. Develop platform-specific tactics to achieve marketing goals. Create a multi-chapter narrative for creative storytelling across platforms. Determine the best tactics for each platform to optimize engagement and performance. Recommend the percentage of the budget to allocate toward testing new platforms. Media Strategy : Allocate budget investments per audience segment on each platform. Develop a test, learn, and optimization strategy to refine campaign performance. Market Research, Insights & Trends : Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and media consumption patterns to guide media strategies and identify opportunities for growth. Continuously research and evaluate new media platforms, tools, and techniques to stay on the cutting edge of media strategy. Collaboration and Co-Creation with Key Stakeholders : Work closely with Research & Measurement, Creative Strategy, and Client Services teams to ensure alignment of media plans with broader creator campaigns and business goals. Here's what we're looking for: 10+ years of media planning, buying, and strategy experience, preferably in a leadership role. 5+ years of experience in creator strategy, Strong understanding and knowledge of paid & organic social media, and working with/negotiating with creators. Proven track record of managing large media budgets and delivering strong ROI. Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously. Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment This hybrid role, based in Hudson Yards, NY, offers flexibility and collaboration, allowing you to choose any three days a week to work from our vibrant office. The salary range for this role is $180,000 - $220,000 and serves as a general guideline reflecting the potential compensation for the role. The final salary offer will be determined based on a comprehensive evaluation of factors such as the candidate's experience, expertise, alignment with the position's requirements, and, ultimately budget approvals.
