Design Leader – Elevate Team Collaboration through World-Class Design (New York City, Hybrid)

Do you love guiding talented designers to solve complex systems challenges with elegance and impact? We’re looking for a Design Leader who is passionate about shaping exceptional user experiences. In this role, you’ll lead a creative team in building a cohesive product vision, championing the quality of the design process, and creating intuitive, seamless solutions that support global teamwork.

What You’ll Do:

• Grow and mentor a skilled design team to deliver high-quality, impactful design work.
• Partner across departments to align on vision, goals, and metrics for our core product’s user experience.
• Lead design strategy and connect design initiatives to customer needs for cohesive, user-centered experiences.
• Champion product excellence and push the boundaries of design to enhance collaboration.

What You Bring:

• 8+ years in product design
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. An advanced degree in Design, Business, or Engineering is advantageous, especially when paired with experience in designing complex software solutions.
• A blend of technical knowledge and design expertise is highly valued, with a preference for candidates trained in user-centered design and agile product development for B2B software environments.
• Proven track record in designing impactful, complex products with strong storytelling skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to tackling complex design problems.
• Experience in enterprise design, combining a big-picture perspective with attention to detail.
