About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Design to spearhead the evolution of product experience. This executive leadership role is pivotal in fostering an environment that drives innovation through the implementation of multi-modal human-computer interaction models, conversational user experiences, and the establishment of a modern design system. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and evolving the design strategy, championing new interaction models, and leading the design of multi-modal systems that integrate visual, auditory, and tactile interactions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure that design strategies are aligned with business goals and that the user-centered approach is at the forefront of product development. To be considered for this role, candidates must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in product and UX design, with at least 7 years in a leadership position. Expertise in designing for emerging technologies, particularly in the areas of conversational UX, voice interfaces, and AI-driven systems, is a must. The role requires a strong understanding of human-computer interaction models and a proven track record of creating accessible and inclusive design systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in growing and leading design organizations, as well as a strong portfolio demonstrating leadership in innovative design. Excellent communication skills and the ability to advocate for a user-centered design approach are also key requirements.
