If so, you might be the Sales and Design Manager we're looking for!

We are seeking an experienced sales and design manager adept at leading and motivating our sales team while driving individual and team performance to meet the company goals. Qualified candidates have at least 3 years of sales management experience working with high-end clients in the home improvement industry. Ideal candidates have a passion for design and experience working with CAD tools. You will report to the President and be part of the executive leadership team.

  • Technically strong and savvy; experience with CRM and CAD programs

Specific Responsibilities:
  • Direct, coach and mentor our sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue growth goals
  • Assist sales team with design and pricing decisions using our CAD program
  • Conduct pipeline calls and leverage CRM to assist team with managing tasks and workload
  • Management business development and account relationship and retention processes
  • Adapt and maintain all sales, training and business development procedures and support materials
  • Collaborate with marketing on the design and maintenance of the company showroom
  • Participate actively in the weekly and quarterly management team meetings and planning sessions
