!!CREATE YOUR LEGACY WITH THE LEGACY COMPANIES!! POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Wine Cabinet Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing the development of wine storage solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs meet aesthetic, functional, and quality standards, exceeding customer expectations. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITES: Conceptualization and Design: Develop innovative wine cabinet designs that meet customer requirements and design standards. Generate sketches and conceptual renders to illustrate design ideas. Material Selection and Customization: Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to select appropriate materials, finishes, and hardware. Offer customization options such as adjustable shelving, specialized compartments, and integrated features like lighting and temperature control. Project Coordination: Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams to provide accurate estimates, quotes, and project timelines. Ensure seamless project support and execution from concept through to installation. Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to understand their preferences, requirements, and budget constraints. Revise designs based on client feedback and project specifications. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all cabinet designs meet high-quality standards and regulatory requirements. Oversee the manufacturing process to ensure craftsmanship, durability, and functionality align with design specifications. MINIMUM QUALICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Proven experience in conceptualizing and designing custom furniture or cabinetry, ideally within the luxury or bespoke furniture industry. Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) and rendering tools. Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and furniture construction techniques. Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional creativity and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients. ADDITIONAL SKILLS (Preferred): Knowledge of wine storage best practices, including temperature and humidity control. Familiarity with woodworking techniques and materials commonly used in cabinet making. Experience conducting site visits and gathering project requirements.
