We are a rapidly growing local, family-owned lawncare company seeking a dynamic team leader to help foster our landscaping sales division.
Qualities: self starter, highly motivated, positive growth mindset, detail oriented, able to speak with customers, ability work in fast-paced, high pressure environments. Strong follow up and desire to provide excellent service to customers is a must - we provide service with integrity.
Must be able to take the lead on landscaping projects, pursue new customer opportunities, and add significant value to our growing landscaping division.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up on existing landscaping leads provided to you by the company
- Speak with customers about their needs
- Plan and design landscaping layouts from scratch, with assistance of team and the customer
- Help price out material costs, labor required, etc. and write up detailed bids / estimates for approval and submittal to customers
- Organize sourcing and delivery of landscape materials to jobsites; help get us the best prices possible for materials
- Oversee landscaping installation insuring best practices with plant types, irrigation, design layout, etc.
- Troubleshoot any landscaping/irrigation issues and problem solve to ensure customers are satisfied
- Seek out new opportunities to sell landscaping services (new customers and continue existing customer relationships)
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
Hands On Training, Experience AND/OR Degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management or Landscape Architecture
Experience in Florida landscape industry
Ability to utilize free hand drawings or computer program to secure projects
Proficient with basic technology and writing (able to write up estimate, use Jobber program, etc.)
