Marketing Coordinator - Graphic Design Organization Summary Lake Agassiz Habitat for Humanity (LAHFH) is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing housing solutions for families residing in Cass County, ND, and Clay County, MN. Our primary mission is constructing affordable homes and facilitating their sale to eligible homebuyers through income-based, not-for-profit mortgages. With the assistance of dedicated volunteers, LAHFH empowers Habitat homeowners to attain the resilience, security, and self-reliance necessary for forging a brighter future for themselves and their loved ones. Additionally, the Habitat ReStore serves as a thrift retail hub for construction materials, furniture, plumbing and lighting fixtures and appliances, with all proceeds directly supporting our mission of providing homes to those in need. We're seeking an enthusiastic and mission-driven individual who thrives on leading a team and growing a business for a greater purpose. As the ReStore Manager, you'll be at the helm of our operation, overseeing daily activities, managing staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail and donation processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire a team of dedicated staff and volunteers to achieve our mission and goals. Manage all aspects of ReStore operations, including inventory control, procurement of donations, and retail sales. Implement strategic plans to maximize revenue and impact, fostering growth and sustainability. Cultivate strong relationships with donors, customers, and community partners to support our mission of affordable housing. Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Qualifications: Proven experience in leadership and management, preferably in retail or non-profit sectors. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and empower others. Passion for our mission and commitment to making a positive impact in the community. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and problem-solve effectively. Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations is a plus.
