Here’s more about the Position:

This position is one of the most important roles within the company. The Design / Sales Rep. is responsible for not only taking the Customer’s vision and bringing it to life in a 3D Design; he / she also is responsible for carrying this project through to completion, managing field employees and customer expectations throughout the project. Although this may sound challenging, it also brings great rewards. There is nothing like taking a customer’s dreams and making them a reality; truly a transformational experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Creating scaled drawings of Landscape & Outdoor Living projects.

· Daily communication of job-related things with customer and foremen.

· Update schedule as needed with admin team.

· Able to coordinate with subcontractors and keep schedule on track.

· Accurately estimate and sell projects using company estimating software system.

· Effectively manage time and workload.

· Effectively communicate written and verbally with customers and admin staff.

· Proficient use of computer utilizing design software system.

REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES:

· Ability to read, interpret and record grades, as well as other existing site conditions.

· General construction, materials, and tools knowledge.

· Field production rates knowledge.

· Sequencing and schedule of job flow.

· Handle adversity and challenges.
