Job Description

As the Vice President of Plant Design and Technology, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and operational excellence of our renewable natural gas plants. This executive position requires a visionary leader with extensive experience in plant operations, design concepts and technology integration, who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to driving innovation in renewable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans for the design and integration of cutting-edge technology across our renewable natural gas plant network.
  • Project Management: Lead project management efforts to ensure timely and efficient completion of plant design and construction projects, adhering to budgetary guidelines.
  • Technology Integration: Oversee the adoption and implementation of innovative technologies to enhance plant performance and sustainability.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless project execution and technology adoption.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all plant operations comply with environmental regulations and industry standards, promoting a culture of safety and sustainability.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data-driven insights to optimize plant performance and drive continuous improvement in design and operational processes.
  • Team Development: Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and professional growth.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical Engineering.
  • Extensive experience in plant operations, design concepts, technology integration, and renewable energy solutions.
  • Proven track record of leadership in project management and team collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage data-driven insights to drive decision-making and innovation.
