Summary of Responsibilities

Essential Functions
Content Creation:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that attract our target audience
- Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, websites, blogs, and special projects
- Collaborate with the design department to produce marketing collateral like brochures, mailers, and case studies
- Plan and manage direct mail campaigns to reach our ideal audience
Digital Marketing:
- Oversee social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), ensuring regular updates and engagement
- Implement SEO strategies to boost website visibility and drive traffic
Brand Management:
- Keep the company website updated with new projects and marketing materials
- Ensure consistent branding across all channels
- Increase local brand awareness through targeted strategies
Event Coordination:
- Organize company events like open houses, project showcases, and community programs
- Coordinate partnerships and sponsorships for local events
- Help with project photoshoots, from scheduling to staging
Market Research & Analysis:
- Stay current with industry trends and competitor strategies
- Monitor marketing results and key metrics
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
Education, Experience, and Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar field
- 2-4 years of marketing experience, ideally in small business, interior design, construction, or real estate
- Strong writing, editing, and attention to detail
- Creative problem-solver with a hands-on attitude
- Excellent organizational skills, able to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Canva)
- Knowledge of social media, email marketing, and CRM platforms
- Familiarity with WordPress, Google Analytics, and SEO is a plus
- Event planning experience, including vendor coordination
- Strong people skills for building relationships
Salary & Compensation
- $70K- $85K, depending on experience
- Simple IRA with employer match
