The Interior Designer will be responsible for overseeing the design process from conception to completion, creating design concepts, collaborating with clients and team members, supervising junior designers, managing budgets, and ensuring project timelines are met. In this role, you'll be able to utilize your design expertise as you manage and design a diverse array of residential to boutique hospitality and commercial projects, from inception to installation. Key Impact Areas Lead the design and execution of both residential and commercial projects, ensuring excellence in every detail. Manage and nurture client relationships, understanding and translating their vision into beautiful, functional spaces. Delegate tasks effectively to your assistant, fostering teamwork and meeting project timelines. Proactively network and seek out new opportunities to expand our project portfolio, demonstrating your entrepreneurial spirit. Cultivate meaningful relationships with industry leaders, staying ahead of trends and forging collaborations that elevate our brand. Qualifications A bachelor’s or master’s degree in interior design, Architecture, or related field 5 years of experience in interior design, architecture, or a related field Excellent design skills with an eye for aesthetics and attention to detail Software abilities in AutoCAD, Revit, Studio Designer, and other design software Experience in project management and team leadership Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with clients and team members NCIDQ or other relevant certifications are a plus Compensation and Benefits Annual Salary Commission Structure Benefits Package Full Benefits Package – Healthcare (100% coverage for an employee by the employer), paid time off, company card/travel expenses covered, computer, gas card, phone allowance, memberships covered, team outings, and more.
